Location: Greater Accra and Western Region 

Type: Full-Time 

Position Overview:  The Area Manager will oversee the daily operations, profitability, and customer satisfaction at filling stations

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Management: Oversee daily activities in assigned clusters, and ensure that operational strategies are effectively implemented
• Staff Management: Lead and mentor station supervisors and staff.
• Quality Control: Implement quality assurance measures to maintain service standards and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Health and Safety Management: Enforce health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment and respond to incidents as needed.
• Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and submit regular performance reports to higher management. Maintain accurate records of all cluster activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Health and Safety, or a related field.
• Candidates must be 30 years or older.
• Proven leadership and management experience in the oil & Gas industry, with knowledge of stock management, sales strategies, and HSSEQ regulations.
